No doubt you have heard the news about the growing spread of the COVID-19 “novel coronoavirus” and how businesses, governments, and individuals are attempting to adapt to these new circumstances.
We at Loftis & Wetzel Insurance must join in the chorus of other COVID-19 notices to let you know that we are still here for you. To that end, we have made some adjustments to our internal policy and wish to advise our clients of the following:
- Effective immediately, our office will not accept walk-in traffic. Our offices remain open so that we may serve you; however, with deference to public health and safety, we advise our clients to call or email us during this time. Most of our services can be completed by telephone or electronically.
- We ask that you advise us of any updates to your contact information. All of us are under pressure to limit interpersonal contact. Please inform us of any changes to your email address(es) and telephone numbers so we may best serve you.
- Please join us in following CDC guidelines to avoid this disease. Wash your hands frequently, disinfect commonly used surfaces regularly, avoid touching your face, and keep reasonable distance of at least 3-6 feet from others, and if you are sick stay home. Consider avoiding discretionary travel.
- Please monitor government and CDC announcements. We know things will change each and every day. As announcements come from local, state, and federal governments, we urge everyone to take note and comply with any recommendations.
In this uncertain time, our greatest responsibility is to each other. We care about you, our staff, and our mutual well-being. Please be safe, and if you have any questions, we are here for you.
