Masks are required at all offices.
Our offices remain open to the public; however, we are now posting signage at each entrance reflecting this new policy. All staff will now wear a mask when visiting with clients. Please note that masks are provided at each location. If you forgot your mask, we are happy to provide one.
We are following CDC guidelines.
Some of our staff are working from home to best protect their family. Again, masks are now required at our offices and staff will wear masks while visiting with clients. We also encourage visitors and staff to wash your hands frequently, disinfect commonly used surfaces regularly, avoid touching your face, and keep reasonable distance of at least 6 feet from others. If you are sick stay home. Consider avoiding discretionary travel when possible.
We have expanded e-services.
Most of our services can be processed by phone or electronically, but we are happy to announce that, we have launched our InsurLink client portal where clients can service their account, upload or download documents, and report claims any time.
Access InsurLink on our website or download the InsurLink app for your smart device from the App Store or Google Play.
You can now e-sign any documents requiring signatures via DocuSign. You can sign documents using your InsurLink account or wherever you access your email.
